Suicidal thoughts and feelings can be the reality of life for lots of people for lots of reasons - an ongoing struggle.
Telling somebody - a friend, a colleague, a neighbour, a stranger on the bus - and feeling heard and understood - can make everything more bearable and bring a bit of light into a very dark place.
On World suicide prevention day let’s normalise suicidal thoughts and feelings - reduce the stigma - and make reaching out and opening up that bit easier.
